His mission is to create an NBFC that not only supports small and medium enterprises but also makes credit accessible to underserved communities. Under his leadership, MCPL has grown rapidly while maintaining high standards of transparency and customer satisfaction.

   A graduate from the University of Western Sydney, Ms. Pooja Chaudhary has been associated with Manasvi Capital Private Limited (MCPL) for the last 4 years, where she actively contributes to administrative operations and internal coordination.
Before joining MCPL, she served as the Head of Administration at Vivek P.G. College, Jaipur for 5 years, handling core responsibilities such as fee structuring, staff management, and daily institutional operations.
